Anti-tethering, Extreme weather provisions and kennel inspections are proposed
Join us on October 18th to speak up for the animals of Talbot County at the public hearing on changes to Chapter 15- Animals in the county ordinance. Changes which are being proposed are banning unattended tethering of dogs, extreme weather expectations of owners and introduction of a kennel inspection process for boarding, breeding and training facilities of dogs and cats.
