Zoe arrived from Caroline Humane Society after they reached capacity and needed placement for dogs in their care. She walked in young, bright, and ready for a fresh start. She brings a lot of energy into a room and looks for connection with people quickly. She still works through basic puppy skills and does best with structure and consistency.
