Zeus came to Talbot Humane after someone found him as a baby and kept him. When he started to outgrow his tank, they surrendered him to us. Zeus is a Yellow Bellied Slider, which is not native to Maryland. This invasive species cannot be released back into the wild – therefore, Zeus is now a pet.
