On Tuesday March 26th at 6:30P the Talbot County Council will take public comments on the proposed updates to the Talbot County Code as it applies to Animals Chapter 15. We encourage the community to either attend or send your letters of support to the County Council in order to create a more humane Talbot County. 

Updates to the code include provisions for extreme weather care of pets, prohibition of extended tethering of dogs and a licensing procedure for boarding, training, rescue and breeding facilities within Talbot County.
