Couch to 5K is just that… YOU get up off the couch and start moving. WE help you get to 3.1 miles, and pretty quickly too! You will be amazing what the run:walk method can do. UNLEASHED has changed the lives of many friends and neighbors, many who were self-confessed couch potatoes have now completed multiple 5K,s 10K, half marathons and even marathons! YOU TOO can do it!
