The Annual “Battle for the Bowl” is back!  Here’s the deal. Chefs from both teams, Talbot Humane and Hair O’ the Dog, create their BEST Chili recipes and compete for YOUR cash- well, they don’t get it, the animals do!  You drop your bucks into the bucket of your favorite chili.  Special Guest Judge Mark Potter of WINX 94.3FM will be present to share in the fun!

You vote with your $ and the team with the most cash WINS the Coveted Chili Bowl Trophy! Funds from this year’s event will benefit the Shiloh Fund. The Talbot Humane Shiloh Fund is responsible for saving the lives of animals every day. This fund was created in order to provide above and beyond care which many of the animals entering our care desperately need. This fund allows us to repair broken legs, treat heart worm disease, purchase special diets, run diagnostic tests, provide dental care, and so much more for those that need it most. 

So please make plans to come out, enjoy some tasty chili and vote with your $ to help animals in need. While you’re there don’t forget to taste some wines and beer chosen just for this event too!   The fun goes from 5-7P to kick off Super Bowl Weekend.
