ABOVE AND BEYOND AWARD

Part of our newly formed incentive plan, this award is given to the employee who volunteers, fosters, designs programs or otherwise promotes and assists Talbot Humane during non-working hours.
This year’s recipient is our shelter coordinator PATTY QUIMBY.

This past year, Patty has fostered 40 animals – or more! She has volunteered her time every weekend this year at the off-site adoption venues resulting in a 21% increase in adoptions over last year. She gives of her time every month for valuable adult volunteer meetings and has done a tremendous job growing our adult volunteer program. She’s always available after hours to assist
staff and our foster families. We couldn’t imagine our shelter without her.
